    Brian Joseph Hayden, 63, of Comanche, passed away Monday, August 6, 2012, in the DVA Medical Center in Oklahoma City.A funeral service will be held Friday, August 10, at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Comanche with Bro. Randy Southerland officiating. Interment will follow in Duncan City Cemetery under the direction of Comanche Funeral Home.Brian was born March 29, 1949 in Chester, Pennsylvania to Joseph G. and S. Estelle (Greta) Hayden. After graduating from high school, Brian married Linda Gray in Duncan on April 24, 1968. Brian served his country in the US Army from 1968 until 1971 while being stationed at Ft. Dix, Ft. Sill and in Korea. Brian was a collector of model trains, loved to travel, loved his family and especially excelled in his culinary pursuits.Survivors include his wife, Linda; a son, Steve Hayden and wife, Kyan of New Mexico; a daughter, Heather Dixon and husband, Jeff of London, England: three grandchildren, Stevie Hayden, Benji Dixon and Josh Dixon .
