She passed away Dec.13,1999,at Medical Center Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Graveside services are scheduled for 11 a.m. today at Rose Hill Cemetery with her grandson Charles Key officiating.
Mrs.Matthews was a homemaker.Survivors include her daughters,Catherine Key of Oklahoma City, Martha Jones of Houston, Floedell Rainey and Greta Watson, both of Odessa;15 grandchildren;20 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
Services are under the direction of Martinez Funeral Home.
