  Came over at age 13 (1607), with John Smith, on the John & Francis ship.. Part of first settlement at Jamestown, VA. Was traded to Powhatan, to help keep the peace, for Powhatans son, to come live with settlers and teach them how to live off land. Lived with Angloqiuns & Chief Powhatan for at least 14 years. Was granted by Cheif Debedeavon 9000 acres, assuming that he married one of his daughters. This 9000 acres was Savage Neck, VA.
