  1. 2.  John Alloway of Fluvanna, Oak Hill Strange, IV was born 15 Jan 1727, Goochland, VA (son of John “Alloway’s” Strange, III and Ann or Galloway Alloway); died 1 Sep 1811, Fluvanna, VA.

    Notes:

    Because R1b’s claim Alloways’ - Also has son born in Albermarle… Albermarle Stranges come from Alex line..
    Look at possibilities of this:
    Edmond Alloway 1660 Goochland, Rose
    Edward 1630 Orkney (m. Phebe)

    David Magnus 1560
    But this can’t be right the dates are off 200 years!

    He had 9 slaves; possibly children.

    Was supposedly the “baby left on the doorstep”; a story told by more than one family group unrealted, and told to John Drake Strange III & John Mayer on separate occasions.

    This has to be where the R1b’s come in.
